Crit? Hmm...I wish the hand had less outlines and more contrast like the face does. And the background seems strange to me, the angle of the balcony (?) is kinda like a top view, but the tree and building are like a straight on view. maybe you could move the bg layer down so that the railing doesn't seem so high.
thanks for the advice too, I may do that, although I didnt feel there was a perspective issue. The building, tree and face are straight on view because they're all the same height, but the ground isnt. I'll re-assess the situation
